Open or Closed?

The lane has been closed for the past 3 days for patch repairs. The upside being less traffic, the downside I've had to go the long way round to get anywhere.

I notice the graffiti guy has been out to mark additional potholes with his spray can.

From the road sign I'm assuming the ROAD AHEAD (is partially) CLOSED
