The Best Thing.

Not the best thing for Penrith with its smelly belching chimneys, but the best thing in my day was making the decision to turn the car around and go back to this viewpoint and get the tripod out.

Not the most wonderful sight in the world but to have found any other time during the day to enjoy my favourite hobby would have been almost impossible. And, when all else fails, getting a photo, editing it and imagining what wonderful opportunity may present itself tomorrow means a lot.
