Marmalade making 2011

Every year our kitchen is filled with the aroma of bitter sweet Seville oranges as we make a variety of marmalades.

There is nothing more delectable first thing in the morning than a slice of our home baked wholemeal bread, thick butter and masses of the freshly made orange stuff!

Our favourite is Bill's Whisky Mac Marmalade which includes stem ginger, ginger wine and whisky!
