MOOD SWINGS

It was just one of those days, mood swings kept getting in my way.


I have the choice of being constantly active and happy or introspectively passive and sad. Or I can go mad by ricocheting in between.

Happiness is intrinsic. It's an internal thing. When you build it into yourself, no external circumstances can take it away. I believe this but what's with the moody day.
