Opening scene:

A young woman in a business suit steps quickly down the stairs toward the underground car park, fishing in her purse for her keys. She pauses to glance at a business card with a time scrawled on the back: 10:30. She shakes her head, mumbling to herself about how she shouldn't be doing this. How it can't end well. On the front side of the card, next to the Dixon Realty logo, is a photo of a smiling man in a yellow golf shirt, arm around his young wife and holding a small boy, in the classic "Trust, Me, I'm a family man," pose. She shakes her head again, and shoves it back into her purse. "Why am I doing this?" Despite herself, she reaches into her purse again, unzipping an inner pocket. A smile of discovery crosses her face as she reaches in and removes the keychain, unaware that a shadow is moving behind her....
