Grand Canyon?

not really...rather, a popular hill-station on the western ghats...it was a holiday today and we've been looking for an outstation breather for quite some time...though wanted a better option but they were not really working out keeping time and other factors in mind, so had to settle for this...I've been to this place before but the conditions were different...this time it was relatively luxurious trip with a day's stay at a premium resort, courtesy Mrs Adda's corporate offer. post lunch, we went for a customary guided-tourist-tour of the tourist points of the city...things here are hyped up beyond proportion...places are not really that interesting but are sold by the tourism department as a fancy destination...I personally went there in search of a colder climate and some misty hills (at least early mornings) but found the place to be just marginally colder than Hyderabad...the only consolation was that it was an outstation trip, away from our daily chores.
