Had a great day today - went to a great props pilates class that focused a lot on using an MVe chair. I love this piece of equipment. So much so that I've considered buying one for when I don't make it to class, but they're pretty expensive so I've held off.

Today I did a partial liquid/juice cleanse, and I had liquids up until dinner. After my awesome workout I made a smoothie with green juice and a banana blended together.

Ran some errands, went to work, then came home to make this delightful soup. Filled to the brim with barley, chard, cauliflower, carrots and celery in a delicious parmesan scented broth.
