Like blue skies and hot chocolate with a friend...

Yesterday was a generally lovely day.

It started with a relatively early morning - up and ready for a wee trip into Edinburgh to meet Claire for coffee.

The coffee was yum (vanilla latte, mm!).

The chat was lovely.

With a quick wander through the 'burgh (and beautiful blue skies to enjoy it!) it was time to head back to the flat before a quick jaunt to Asda.

The day finished with pizza, DVD, munchies & chat into the wee hours with my lovely friend Fi (& briefly joined by Fee..!).

It was just one of those wonderful days where nothing particularly spectacular happens, but the little things make it brilliant. Like blue skies and hot chocolate with a friend.
