blippin wonderful

still ridiculously snotty (delightful) but feeling a bit better today. managed to start packing and take moss dog for a walk which he clearly loved.

it's days like today that i realise just how much i love blip and how much a part of everyday life it's become. today is one of those rare days (i'm sometimes a sporadic blipper) that my 'year ago today' pictures goes back 3 years. avocado heaven in zambia, running with a crazy moss dog and the mug of joy would have likely been forgotten if it wasn't for this journal.

sure, not every day is an excellent photo but it does give a lovely glimpse into everyday live. it's a sure way that you don't forget some of those seemingly insignificant moments.

for me, living the next year abroad, it gives me the chance to take a glimpse into my family and friend's everyday lives while i'm away. whether it's mum and dad taking moss for a walk up a mountain with a flask of coffee and a bit of cake, andrew and ruth hanging out in the allotment and geeking out on their apple gadgets, suzy being dragged up a mountain by antony or watching tv with the cats or rob picking up litter and playing uno.
