Bed!

Staying at Heathrow for meetings.....whilst unpacking have pondered and discovered the following important facts about large multinational hotels:

1. Fit the room with lots of lights, then hide the light switches.
2. Install an enormous bed and then you can call it an executive room & charge more.
3. Inflate minibar prices (£3.20 for a bottle of water), have thimble size glasses, then run the cold water pipe through a boiler so 'cold' water is an approximation.
4. Install internet connections, call them 'hi-speed' (no legal definition), charge a month's home broadband cost per night and deliver dial up connectivity.

Finally, lock all windows and minimise ventilation so the room in always 75 F!
