Quick thinking

This afternoon I headed down home for a couple of days. On arrival I found that my mum and gran had decided to work through their lunch break rather than taking their usual Wednesday lunch trip. We decided to pop out for an afternoon break at which point my mum amazed me with her quick thinking (or maybe she'd been planning it all day) by suggesting that it was far easier for me to go for an alcoholic drink as cafes in Penrith don't really do soya milk and then I have to worry about contamination.

After dinner we headed out to the bar at a local hotel to meet up with my aunt and uncle. Neither my mum or I had taken our blips, no problem for me as I'm used to firing off shots of anything at the last minute but it was certainly a different experience for my mum.
