Wild Seas

Another day of incredible seas and mountainous waves. It is dry though, and the wind has dropped quite a lot. Went into the town this morning and bought a new waterproof jacket! My old one was originally my sister in law's, and I have worn it for years, so it has done sterling service. (Not a phrase you hear very often any more!) Must be about a week since I've been in the town, and if I could get away with once a week in future I'd be very happy - just the small problem of work!

This afternoon my friend, Trish, came over, and we took Ollie to the beach for a bit of fresh air and a good run! He was straight into the sea, so I guess it is warmer than on Thursday, when he just paddled!

Been invited out this evening, so will have to catch up with all everyone's blips when I can. Hope you are all enjoying the snow, those of you who have any! Doesn't look as if we are getting any this time round; we usually get some when the daffodils are out!
