It's official!

Well, today I officially handed my notice in at checkers, and so my last day will be Saturday!

I have all sorts of mixed emotions going on right now. I've been at checkers for 3 and a half years now, and the majority of that time I have really really enjoyed it. I feel really quite sad to be leaving, yet feel really excited about starting my new job looking after freddie and Josephine.

It's going to be an emotional last week, especially since I am leaving at such short notice. I sent an email out to all the office staff to say I was leaving, and one girl was so sweet - she put 'noooooooooo you can't leave, the place will fall apart!' bless her!

It's nice to know people will miss me :-D
