An Angel Among Us

An odd statue in the house of a pagan and an agnostic.

Both of us grew up in Roman Catholic families. I guess nostalgia is hard to fight.

She is a beautiful creature, this angel on my counter.

Not something that represents my faith, but she still brings a small amount of peace to my heart when I set eyes upon her.

I guess angels can be universal...:-)
