I've had it off!!!

Well after 1 1/2 hours of trying to get hold of someone to tell me my x-ray final reults I was told that I haven't infact broken anything but do have a very bad sprain. Wohoo!!! I was even allowed to take the the cast off myself or rather Dr Darren did. Felt so good to remove it and have a good scratch!! It's still swollen although nowhere near as it was and has gone some rather impressive colours. Bruising is on both sides of the ankle and over the front of the foot. I am allowed to start using it although have to be careful and still use the crutch. It aches tonight which I haven't had with the cast on so I'm going to have some pain killers and put it up for the rest of the evening.
