Glass Bottom

Decided to attempt the macro challenge, gave myself an hour to play around as have things to do. Of course, it all took longer and I had to make a choice.

This is the bottom of a tumbler which has a 'bubble' in the base. Used a 17-70 mm lens which is heavy, relied on light from the window and as I don't have a tripod it was all a bit tricky! Tried to experiment with apertures etc. although mostly relied on luck!

Decided on this shot, tweeked with iPhoto
