Behind Bars
A trip in the car for the first time since the end of November and the cometh of the snow and ice.
No need to get excited though, as it was only a short skip and a jump to the land of yellow and blue to purchase a door mat for the Dower House.
However it was enough of a short skip for there to be a worrying, knocking sound coming from the brakes and for his Lordship to envisage his dwindling bank account should there be something very wrong.
Lady luck was on his side however, and it disappeared on the way home. A chat with the garage man convinced us it was the result of about seven weeks of inactivity.
The other worry for his Lordship is the inability of his computer to recognise our BT homehub even when its wireless password is put in.
I reckon too much finger poking und mitten graben while he had it down at Shipley has addled its hard drive.
I've got him connected via BT Openzone, but he's terrified of closing the computer down and having to ask me again to sort something out for him. My patience is finite.
I fear he will have to phone BT and have an indepth chat with someone from far away in India.
Now that should be interesting.
Being somewhat bereft of inspiration for today's blip, I have resorted to voyeurism and caught these two girls having a chat on a bench in the Meadows.
