Bleak city on a cold day

I ran an errand up 14th St and stopped off at Nose Hill to take this - elevated position - with accompanying wind - left my gloves off to take the shot and walked 15-20 yards - regretted the decision - v.chilly. I took some B&W and colour shots - hard to tell which is which..... (this is cloour)
