This is the Top Chef on our Cruise ( yes, I know I've mentioned it before ) demonstrating how to make the best Risotto in the World. My World anyway.

I had intended to publish another photo today as I've already used this theme , but my Camera's time is out of sync 'with my time and my option's are non existent . I'll have to find the manual and find out how to adjust it. Or maybe I won't.
