What is it that makes someone answer or indeed make a phone call from a cubicle in a public lavvy?

Possibly the same type that takes his camera in with him and photographs what he found to be a rather whimsical piece of graffitti etched onto the side of the toilet roll dispenser.

At least I had the decency to turn off my flash so was discrete.
