3rd day of trip & a visit to Galveston , we had a tour of Moody Mansion & then to a Fish Restaurant & berthed outside the window was this ship..."Elissa" built in Aberdeen, Scotland, it was launched in 1877 and has an iron hull & is made of teak.it has been called various names in its long life. After lunch we had a tour of Galveston, think we went up & down about every street, the next day was the start of a motorbike convention so tents were being set up & some streets by the Strand were closed to traffic
