55 and counting...

Well having been a lapsed blipper for a few months I thought that my birthday might be a good day to get back into capturing life's moments.
I had a lovely lunch and drinks afterwards with my friends yesterday.
I am a very lucky lady to be surrounded by such good friends. I was really feeling the love!
Here is the array of lovely cards and presents from friends and my family up north captured for posterity.
It was also great to be able to relax after a stressful week of exams at University. I am now half way through 2nd year of my joint Honours degree in Sociology & Psychology.
Still can't quite believe it.!!
As for being 55...I always try to remind myself that we have three ages
1. the chronological one - the number - that we can't do anything about
2. The physical one - ok- must try harder!
3. The psychological one - attitude - I think I am doing well on that one :-)
