Run like the wind!

Although it was very mild this morning and the beautiful blue sky was full of lovely puffy white clouds, it was far too windy and muddy for the children to have their horseriding lesson in the ring. To their surprise they went in the other direction today, out through the main gate and disappearing down the lane, across a field and even over a stream - you could tell as they came back at the end that they had certainly enjoyed their adventure!

While I was waiting, a gust of wind sent these horses bolting in all directions, which sent my hands into a camera-juggling act as I tried to frantically work out which was the 'On' button before it was too late! Looks like the foal has finally found his feet.
