Bought these collagen tablets after a bit of google research as they are supposed to help reduce and potentially even arrest the effects of degenerating cartilage - to be told at a party it's absolute nonsense! The source is a health freak, so instinct fosters belief, but having spent out on 3 months supply, recalcitrance is definitely the overriding emotion.
