good-bye

we had a terribly sad start into the new year, losing a beloved family member.
instead of saying hello to 2011, we first had to say good-bye.

i'm so sorry i didn't post more regularly and i'm deeply touched that some of you took the time to contact me or post a comment here and tell me you missed me. i seriously didn't think anyone would notice my absent and it means a lot to me that some of you did. thank you so much!
