Geoff, who left us yesterday for a better place, was a master of innuendo. So I know exactly what he would have said to me on Monday morning........"Saw your enormous erection over the weekend!".and then he would have smiled that smile.

Didn't sleep much last night and neither did many of my colleagues by their facebook comments on my page. I think it was Geoff's last laugh at all of us.


Completed my coaching course today......what a bloody fiasco......7 hours on the course for 23 minutes and 12 seconds of worthwhile effort from me.

A 15 minute presentation on fish anatomy which was described as very good, full of facts, well planned, presented and delivered...all participants were engaged and at the end able to demonstrate what they had learned. Well yeah Einstein....Biology teacher for 31 years!

5 minutes to go through 43 pages of my portfolio, to point out I had missed out one date on an evaluation sheet and have it described as the best portfolio either of the trainers had seen.....No shit Sherlock....teacher!!!!

A 40 minute 24 question multi choice examination on coaching...we were constantly told it would be fairly easy and the record for completing it was 5 minutes with a score of 96%......knocked it off in 3 minutes 12 seconds and scored 100%...easy didn't begin to decribe it!

Home to a steak and then the Boss and the Son and Heir and Young Helen dragged me to Ikea for bedroom furniture for their new house.

Tomorrow several of us are meeting up at a colleague's house for chilli and beer to remember Geoff, it could get messy and teary!
