Drove all over the mountains today, up and down some scary snowy roads. The chiles over the fireplace are shockingly bright and warm after all that. Yikes.

Edit: the chile pic so orangey and maybe eye-damaging bright that I switched it out for a pic that I took today for a flickr challenge (square). I'm definitely suddenly eager for summer.
