A sad reminder

World War 2 Wellington Bomber Aircraft wheel. Wedged in the rocks where it came to rest after the aircraft had struck a hill ridge only to carry on and crash into a farmhouse with the loss of the occupants of the aircraft and the farmhouse. In January 1943. The aircraft crashed not far from my home near Oswestry on the Shropshire Welsh border.
