I'm having a helluva time getting a print from The Printspace - it's been nearly a month since I ordered it and two have been lost, I've been refunded and frankly they can keep their third... I already received two in that time from Photobox and the portrait is framed and hung.

Today was the final straw and having stamped my foot for the last time I finally got a response.... from their Managing Director no less. He's been very apologetic but I'm not sure it makes up for the crap service I've had.

This photo was taken to include in a blog post about my Printspace vs Photobox experiment (they knew I was doing this in advance and STILL didn't give me decent service - go figure!)
