Literal Blip

15 years ago a group of us started playing football on a Friday night. Over the years we have had great fun, lots of laughs and good banter and wonderful camaraderie. The years have finally caught up with me and last night I played for the final time and I have now hung up my boots.

I will miss my football on a Friday night but I will not miss the aches, pains and strains that I suffered each Saturday morning.
