Please don't touch the sunflower seeds

Ai Weiwei's installation in the Turbine Hall of Tate Modern consists of a carpet of individually crafted sunflower seeds made out of porcelain by many Chinese people.

Originally visitors were allowed to walk on them, however they were found to contain allergens and cordoned off.

Today I'm here with my college friend Angela to see the Gaugin. I had avoided coming to see it as I wasn't previously a fan.
