Peace Baby

Bela is indeed a "peace" baby. Her birthday is next week and she is the epitome of an "Aquarius". Although the peace sign on her shirt is cut off a bit, it's colorful beads express her well!

She is what spiritual people call a "Crystal" child. Crystal children are intuitive and psychic, very sensitive & caring, empathic, peace loving and wise beyond their years. Bela was born with silver eyes which stayed until she hit 6 months. In shamanistic communities that is a sign of a healer. When she was about 3 months old an old man, very sad looking made a beeline for our grocery cart. He gazed at her for a moment and reached out and touched her little foot. Suddenly the man broke out into the biggest smile, bowed his head and said "Thank You" to her, then quietly turned and walked away.

I've seen countless times when she had had a strange effect on people. When I'm full of angst Bela sits quietly and stares at me. Within a few minutes calm, loving energy surrounds me, as if nothing were wrong to begin with. She's simply amazing!
