Sister's Soup with fresh basil

Sister's Sausage (Siskonmakkara in Finnish), is fresh sausage, which got its name as an onomatopoietic translation from Swedish siskonkorv (sisko = sister in Finnish). The swedish name comes from German (Sausichen), and the German word comes from French (saucisse), both meaning "little sausage".

Sister's Sausage Soup is a very typical Finnish food, but today I made it in a bit unusual way: I boiled it with white wine and fresh basil oil.
