Moo

I stopped eating beef this year. No more steak, no more burgers, no more cow. I love cows. They seem so beautiful, peaceful, thoughtful. I drive by cows in the pasture every day on my way home. I just couldn't in good conscience keep eating them. I don't judge anyone else who enjoys a good steak... It's just not for me, not any more.

Today the Western Stock Show was downtown and had a parade. This longhorn was there and my hubby snapped the picture for me. Such a handsome fella! I'm glad I don't new to think about him winding up on my plate!
