Youth Potion?

I went to a dermatologist today at the recommendation of my regular doctor because I have a rash on my neck. I had waited 3 weeks to get this appointment. Basically I was told by the dermatologist that I had old, dry skin. Hummphh. He told me to get some lotion and put it on after I shower. This is what I bought. It says, Ultra Healing for Extra Dry Skin on it. That should work for old, dry skin, don't you think? Hummphh.
