Hair of the Dog?

Last night my Boyfriend treated me to a wonderful date night. Took me to the restaurant of my choice. Then we met my 19 yr old and her friend at the local Country Bar for Karaoke Night and dancing. It's been months since we've been out, he's been working the Night Shift and Graveyard since June (Police Officer).

Being the caring, responsible guy he is, he was "Designated Driver" and I got to drink. 4 drinks later and 5 hours of sleep, I'm too tired to go out and blip. After telling Miss Kimber she had to pose for my blip, she looked as if she was smiling or laughing at my personal pain of getting too old to hang with the kids all night.

Recalling my drink menu I had Coffee with Grand Marnier with dinner, Malibu Rum/Cranberry and 2 Seagrams 7/Seven Up. I just don't rebound like I did in my 20's or even 30's. I look at these young people that drink 2 nights in a row with a few hours sleep and wonder how they do it week after week. Yet there was a time, long since gone when I could too. That time is GONE!
