I thought I'd do a variation reprise of a previous blip. Although, this time, with my trainers instead of the boy's.

Two reasons for this nostalgia, firstly to celebrate my front page yesterday on MorgueFile and secondly to 'celebrate' my much overdue return to the gym. I stopped last year on the excuse of a minor injury and then forgot to start going back.
