Going Swimming

H's dad has a Monday off to look after her, and every week he says he is taking her swimming. Unfortunately, something always seems to crop up, or one of them has the cold, and they never seem to make it. It's been nearly a year since she was last at the swimming baths! This week, he made a real effort and got her ready in her swimsuit and then went to Tesco to buy new swim nappies as she has outgrown our existing stock. After running wild in the aisles, she tired herself out and fell asleep, just as they arrived at the Leisure Centre! Knowing that if he woke her, she would be too tired to enjoy it in any way, and be too hungry after her nap, he had to abandon it again.

Next week, they start Frogs swimming lessons though so fingers crossed for no mishaps.
