T'other side again

My voice is coming back, though I felt a little bit more rough than yesterday. Another good day despite that, and tiddlywinks make for a good genetics practical. Very technical.

I stopped briefly on the way home, but I'm afraid this was a bit of a lay-by shooting and I didn't get out of the car. Almond blossom is starting to appear, (though I couldn't find any by the road here) and a whiff of Spring is in the air. I can't help feeling we might be in for a bit of rain soon though, maybe some more snow? I do notice the difference in temperature the other side of the mountains, but I still love coming back to the Valley.

Pig's lungs are ordered from the butchers for next week. I wonder what my shopping list will include over the next few months? No doubt a few more organs.

I finally got little Agu's ears clean. There was a whole field of potatoes in there.

EDIT. That is strange. I saw the blossom and thought I'd find the same spot as last year, but I didn't realise that it WAS a year ago tomorrow that I did this shot.
