Feed a cold

Don't know if I've just got a cold or a fever or both. Not very hungry, aching all over & coughing a lot. At first i thought it might be allergies from all the old paper I've been handling here and aching due to all the stairs here plus my sorry efforts to try and regain some semblance of fitness. It couldn't be a more inconvenient time to get ill. Just hope I haven't infected Mum as coughing would be so painful for her having had her breast bone sawn open barely 6 weeks ago.
