In Search of Colour

Another grey and moist day here so I set out with my camera this afternoon in seach of something colourful to blip as an antidote to all the gloominess. As I walked up Iron Hill (with Basil and Polly, of course) the odd dog walker emerged from the fog but other than that it was quite eerily quiet. As I neared the top of the hill I noticed this tree, which really stood out amongst all the dullness due to its bright green covering of moss. I rather like it. Apart from a little crop the shot is unadulterated - it really is this green!
