Talking helps

Heard a few pieces of sad news this week. One was about a colleague of my niece,Sarah, and the other was a colleague of mine who sadly lost her father to cancer on Tuesday.
As is the norm for me when I get news like this I gravitate to Leicester Cathedral to light candles and talk to Him up there. I`m not a particularly religious person but somehow saying a silent prayer or two and requesting that prayers be said for these people puts me at ease.
