Pole dancing

Had my first pole dancing class this evening and it was great fun. We has to work in pairs as there were only a few poles and I would have preferred to have had a little one on one time with the instructor but we seemed to get through quite a few of the basics in the hour.

My main issue was that my grip was too strong (!) and I struggled to slide around the pole but a little moisturiser in the morning should sort me out... pity there's nowhere for me to practice though!
