P.O.G.

Whilst sorting through the bookmarks for yesterday's blip I came across this little collection.

They are POGs! I'd forgotten we had them and I'd forgotten their significance.

Checking on the net I find that "The name originates from POG, a brand of juice made from passionfruit, orange and guava; the use of the POG bottle caps to play the game pre-dated the game's commercialization. The game of pogs possibly originated in Hawaii in the 1920s or 1930s .....". Or it could have come from Japan.

We must have acquired these in the 1990s.
