Beansoncheeseontoast

My Swedish colleague told me today how she cannot understand why (most) people in the UK really like beans on toast.
'What? You toast bread and then you put beans from a tin on it?' were her exact words.
Anyway, she inspired me to make this for dinner :-)
And I'll make her some soon too!
