What's for dinner mum?!

Well today's weather leaves me with another indoor blip! I haven't been out today, well only to take the little one to school but there was no slow walk involved looking for a trigger of inspiration, it was wet and horrible and I had to race home for my 'not so little' poorly boy! So I haven't been shopping for dinner & all I'm left with is this bowl of veg to inspire me and the only inspiration I got from it was a blip! ... Now my culinary skills are very limited so any dinner suggestions welcomed!
