Silver

Something a bit different today. It's horrible weather (again), and I've been contemplating my work for 2011. The graphic design is a bit slow at the moment, so I thought I'd resurrect my other sideline, jewellery making.

I started off making tiaras nearly 2 years ago, and did a beginners course in silver making last year. Unfortunately, it all got neglected a bit when I was busy last summer (shouldn't complain), so I think now is the time to start building up my collection with a view to trying a few craft fairs later this year.

So I've been busy with my craft box today, and have started making my first piece of silver for 2011. It's a heart - appropriate for Valentine's Day. Maybe I'll get a few orders this year!
