Falling and Laughing

Amazing how much had thawed since my evening walk. Juno spotted a fox and duly raised the pace as I struggled on patches of ice. The hill was rock solid with a slimy layer of thaw, great conditions in the dark. we had no company until the descent.

Work was a passage of passion.(Q is going to be tough).

Stayed late at work and met up with the Eco girls for a lift home.

A stumpless day sadly.

Popped out to have a planning session with my fellow coach and discuss ideas. It was great catching up again after the forced absence due to weather.
