I always do a risk assessment before cycling down this lane, you can't be too careful.

It was a great day for a cycle, used my 'summer' bike as the other one needs a new bottom bracket. Felt really good so enjoyed a 2 hour 'fat burning ride' and before anyone says owt, i know, there's plenty to go at!
