A good nights sleep, please?

I'm striving to find ways to help me find one of the most elusive things around..... a good nights sleep!

I'd like to fall asleep easily and then stay asleep so I wake up refreshed & relaxed! I have this, plus a spray for the pillows... they smell nice but not sure if they're doing the job!
